John Taylor Gatto on Education

I may have posted this before, but coming across it as I just did, I had to share it once again. It is so poignant, and this man explains it so clearly.

It is an amazing soliloquy on public education's history, function, and design by a New York State Teacher of the Year. He taught in NYC for decades before retiring and writing about the system. He has a lot to say on this topic, and everything he says is fascinating!

I preached last Sabbath on Education myself in Haverstraw, New York, but I don't have the same gift to explain concepts so clearly. I did my best, however.

This documentary is coming out soon...
